Ranks are mainly determined through trust, experience contribution, participation and level. The more of each you obviously have, you will without a doubt, rank. Be a genuine human being and do what you think will help out the guild best. Follow orders accordingly and you will have no problems on ranking.

Reservist	As a Reservist one must explore the route upon which they wish to take.
